What started as informal conversations amongst regular rail trail users and a seed of inspiration from the 2020 Marblehead Rail Trail Plan, has blossomed into this volunteer group. We are thrilled by the overwhelming community interest and support for maintaining, improving, and enjoying this beautiful local resource. Driven by a shared desire to better support our beloved trail, we quickly realized that the best way to achieve long-term preservation and improvements is to build a dedicated, unified voice that can partner directly with the Town of Marblehead.

Keep the rail trail safe and functional through routine foliage trimming and creative beautification projects

Boost usage through outreach and work alongside town officials to ensure the rail trail meets the needs of the community.
